最近在最火热的《美国队长3》里，美国队长一队和钢铁侠一队的超级英雄们剑拔弩张，内战一触即发。如果想在看《美队3》前补个课，除了看看《复仇者联盟2》和《美国队长2》以外，还要在提高听力上加把劲。英孚教育职业发展部资深职场导师Annie老师精心总结了3种简单有效的方法，学习了这些技能，看懂美国原版大片就不成问题了。

1）Insist on listening practice at least half an hour every day. Listening for a long time doesn’t ensure improvement of listening skills. Instead, it will cause brain fatigue and waste your time. If you just spend half an hour every day with high concentration, you will make big progress over time.

坚持每天至少半个小时的听力训练。英语听力并不是听得时间越长越有效果，反而可能造成大脑疲劳或者浪费时间。即使每天付出仅仅半小时，只要集中精力认真体会，长此以往定能有所进步。

Eg. Steven knew well that his English level was low. In order to improve it, he bought the easiest and basic teaching materials to practice his listening. Every day, he chose passages that he was interested in to have dictation or follow the recording. Although his was busy at work and didn’t have much time, he insisted on listening for at least half an hour every day. After a period of time, Steven could understand the CNN News.

范例：Steven深知自己的英文水平比较低，为了更好地练习听力，他利用最简单的基本教材，每天选择自己感兴趣的文章进行听写或者并复述。虽然因为工作忙而不能长时间集中于听力练习，但他却每天坚持至少半小时。一段时间下来，Steven已经可以基本能听懂美国原版CNN新闻。

2）Try to listen to asmuch original audio of foreigners’speeches as possible. This way, you can know and get familiar with foreigners’ daily communication. Apart from English programs and radio broadcasts, foreign movies and television dramas will also give you a lot of help.

尽可能接触更多的正常语速的原始音频，使自己了解并习惯外国人的日常交流情况。除了英文节目、电台广播以外，原版电影和电视剧可以起到很大的帮助。

Eg. Anna got the chance to study aboard. To adapt a foreign environment quickly and improve her listening skills, she always watched original movies or television dramas in her spare time. She consciously told herself to watch without reading the subtitles. She usually wrote down the words or sentences that she couldn’t understand. Then she watched again with subtitles. After a period of time, Anna improved a lot in listening, which made her life much easier aboard.

范例：Anna接到国外深造的机会，为了提高自己的听力快速适应国外的环境，她每天在自己的空闲时间看外国原版电影或者影视剧，她会有意识地告诉自己不看字幕，遇到不懂的地方会随手记下，之后再对照字幕重复观看。一段时间后，Anna的听力水平有了很大的提高，也使她在海外地生活更轻松。

3）Attend English groups or speaking clubs to meet people who have the same interests. In an English environment, you can easily improve through listening to others’ stories and expressing your own opinions.

参加英文兴趣小组或者演讲俱乐部去结交更多志同道合的朋友，在全英文环境中倾听他人的故事、表达自己的想法，在自然的沟通中不断提高。

Eg. Upon graduation, outgoing Cathy decided to attend public speaking clubs in the foreign trade industry to practice her listening and speaking skills. In the meantime, she got the chance to meet new friends and they always got together to discuss industrial information. After the graduation, Cathy received an offer from a famous foreign trade company.

范例：临近毕业，性格开朗外向的Cathy决定定期参加外贸行业英语演讲俱乐部，锻炼了自己英语口语听力同时也结交了志同道合的朋友，他们经常在一起讨论行业信息。很快毕业后，Cathy经过朋友引荐顺利拿到著名外贸公司的offer。
